This list of competencies is to be used as a guide in the development
and assessment of Australasian Faculty of Public Health Medicine
Trainees, Supervisors, Assessors and others during training in the New
Education Program, starting 1 July 2009.

Trainees who entered the program before 1 July 2009 are encouraged to
review the revised competencies, however, they will not be assessed
using the revised competencies. The competencies listed as "before 1
July 2009" will continue to be used as the basis for preparing for the
Final Program Assessment.
